At this location called Rosenhult just outside the town of Perstorp we decided to build 3 exclusive log houses for rental purpose so people can come and enjoy these beautiful surroundings. The Lower Great Lake and fantastic forests in the surroundings just waits for you to come and explore them by foot, bike, horse or boat. You can also explore the nearby area of Gustavsborg with endless forest and lakes. Houses placed within walking distance of the 18 hole golf course, possibility to arrange trophy fishing for pike in lake system, you can also bring your own horse to a nearby stable. Lakes have rich fish and bird life. Its not unusual to see elk and different kinds of deer in the area.
The exclusive houses are made of massive logs 210 mm from the Karelia district of USSR. You can call it ”From Russia with love” because of the craftmanship that has gone in to these houses. With up to 5.5 meter height up to top beam in living room the inside of the houses are breathtaking.
A loft wall absorbs moisture and releases moisture to the room. Ideal humidity indoors is between 30-50%. Houses of solid timber breathe, and are naturally within this range, and here bacteria will not thrive. The air is comfortable to breathe in. A dream for asthma and allergy sufferers. The timber wall breathes naturally as it does not contain plastic or other artificial building materials. Interior walls in timber contribute to an even indoor climate in all rooms.
Every house has a full equipped kitchen, a large bath room with washing machine and dryer. When you arrive all beds are made with cold-mangled bedsheets and freshly washed towels is provided. Enjoy fireplace inside(free wood included), and spacious living room inside the houses or just relax at the very large o terrace and take a bath in the luxurious outdoor SPA. There i a charcoal grill on terrace, and yes the coal is included you can use to grill your food. At the lake there are chairs and a large grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake.
